Delivery Time

We strive our service to ensure delivery within 3-5 business days for all orders. Please be aware, though, that once an order is with the local post office or shipping carrier, there might be unforeseen delays on their part. While these occurrences are infrequent, they are outside our control. We remain dedicated to ensuring quick shipping.

Shipping Fees

There are no additional charges for standard shipping; all costs are covered by us. Shipping fees are calculated based on the weight and/or dimensions of the parcel but are entirely absorbed by our company.

Uncollected Parcels

GomQCeramics is not liable for parcels that are not received or collected by the customer. If a parcel remains uncollected, it will be returned to our facility. We are not responsible for items that are sent back to us. Should a parcel fail to be received or collected initially, the customer will incur an additional charge for re-shipment of the package. Customers are advised to carefully verify their address information when placing an order to ensure successful delivery.

Parcel Damage

We take great care in packaging our parcels and use insured shipping services to ensure their safety. If your item suffers damage during shipment, we will either replace it or issue a refund. Please adhere to the following process to initiate a claim, which needs to be reported to the postal service within 5 days:

  1. Email us at customers@gomqceramics.com to report the damage.
  2. Within 7 days, send us photos showing:
    • The outside of the box, including a visible barcode.
    • The inside of the box, showing the packing materials.
    • The damaged item itself.

We will provide a return label at no cost to you. Once we receive the returned item, we will either send a replacement or process a refund, depending on your preference.
