Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we only ship within the US, Canada, and Mexico. We do not offer international shipping at this time. Thank you for your understanding.
How do I report a damaged item?
We take great care in packaging our parcels and use insured shipping services to ensure their safety. If your item suffers damage during shipment, we will either replace it or issue a refund. Please adhere to the following process to initiate a claim, which needs to be reported to the postal service within 5 days:
- Email us at customers@gomqceramics.com to report the damage.
- Within 7 days, send us photos showing the damage.
We will provide a return label at no cost to you. Once we receive the returned item, we will either send a replacement or process a refund, depending on your preference.
Can I amend my order after placing it?
Orders are final after 6 hours. To make changes within this period, please cancel your order by emailing us at customers@gomqceramics.com and place a new order online.
How can I track my order?
You will receive an email with your order information and package tracking number within 12 hours of placing your order.
