How do I report a damaged item?

Please adhere to the following process to initiate a claim, which needs to be reported to the postal service within 5 days:

- Within 7 days, send us photos showing the damage.
We will provide a return label at no cost to you. Once we receive the returned item, we will either send a replacement or process a refund, depending on your preference.
